Since 2013, photojournalist Michael Bunel has walked in the footsteps of thousands of exiles fleeing war and misery in search of a future and a better life. From the Middle East to the Calais Jungle, via the migratory routes of the Balkans to the sidewalks of the Parisian capital, his black-and-white images bear witness to the travel and reception conditions reserved for these populations.
